Compensation: $18–$35/hr (based on experience) + Overtime + Bonuses
Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking to grow with a reliable, fast-paced team? Kaltec is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician/Installer with a minimum of 2 years of field experience in residential or light commercial HVAC systems. We provide consistent year-round work, top-tier support, and opportunities to advance.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform installations, diagnostics, and repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Ensure all work is code-compliant and meets safety standards
- Track time and work orders through our mobile CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years HVAC experience (residential/light commercial)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and attention to detail
